EMS-MedSim is designed exclusively for educational and training purposes. Content supplements, not replaces, formal EMS education and clinical training. Always follow your medical director and local protocols in actual patient care.
Global MedOps Command simulation platforms are independently developed educational tools designed to supplement clinical training. Scenario content references publicly available clinical guidelines and competency standards. These platforms are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the American Heart Association (AHA), the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC), the Joint Trauma System, or the U.S. Department of Defense. Completion of simulations does not confer CME credit, board certification, or professional licensure. These simulations are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for accredited clinical training programs.
GMOC provides a self-reporting Clinical Performance Transcript for NREMT/State recertification folders. This transcript documents every scenario completed, clinical decisions made, and competencies demonstrated on the EMS-MedSim platform. Completion of simulations does not confer CME credit, board certification, or professional licensure. The transcript is intended solely as a self-reporting tool to support your state EMS recertification and NREMT continuing education documentation requirements.
