EMS-MedSim is designed exclusively for educational and training purposes. Content supplements, not replaces, formal EMS education and clinical training. Always follow your medical director and local protocols in actual patient care.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on EMS-MedSim is the property of Global MedOps Command LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Global MedOps Command LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EMS-MedSim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
