Early Feedback

What EMS Providers Are Saying

Feedback from EMS professionals who have used the platform during early access.

I used this during my EMT program to run through cardiac scenarios before clinicals. The branching decisions are realistic — it doesn’t just tell you the right answer, it makes you think through why. Helped me feel a lot more prepared walking into my first ride-along.

The Virtual FTO feature is actually useful. It pushed back on my assessment approach in a way that made me reconsider my scene size-up habits. Not a replacement for a real preceptor, but a solid tool for drilling the decision-making process between shifts.

Good platform for working through the A-EMT scope scenarios. The pharmacology decision points are well-constructed. I ran the septic shock scenario a few times and each path felt clinically grounded. Would recommend it to anyone bridging up from EMT.

The CCTP scenarios are a nice addition. Inter-facility transfer decision trees are something most sim platforms skip entirely. The vasopressor management branching is solid. I’d like to see more vent management depth, but it’s a strong foundation for critical care transport prep.

Medical Director's Corner

EMS-MedSim is designed to complement your agency's standing orders and medical protocols. Scenarios are structured around the standard EMS patient assessment framework — scene safety, primary survey, airway/ventilation, circulation, and transport decision — mirroring the clinical expectations in most state and regional EMS protocols. Medical Directors can use the Quality Assurance Dashboard (Agency tier) to review squad-level performance, identify clinical drift, and flag protocol non-compliance before it becomes a patient safety issue. For questions about platform alignment with your standing orders, contact us at [email protected]. Learn more →
