The Virtual FTO feature is actually useful. It pushed back on my assessment approach in a way that made me reconsider my scene size-up habits. Not a replacement for a real preceptor, but a solid tool for drilling the decision-making process between shifts.
Good platform for working through the A-EMT scope scenarios. The pharmacology decision points are well-constructed. I ran the septic shock scenario a few times and each path felt clinically grounded. Would recommend it to anyone bridging up from EMT.
The CCTP scenarios are a nice addition. Inter-facility transfer decision trees are something most sim platforms skip entirely. The vasopressor management branching is solid. I’d like to see more vent management depth, but it’s a strong foundation for critical care transport prep.
