Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: EMS-MedSim is an educational simulation platform. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical training, licensure, or clinical judgment.

Educational Purpose Only

EMS-MedSim is designed exclusively for educational and training purposes. All scenarios, clinical presentations, drug dosages, and treatment protocols presented within this platform are intended to supplement — not replace — formal EMS education, certification programs, and clinical training.

Not a Substitute for Professional Training

Completion of any scenario or module within EMS-MedSim does not constitute certification, licensure, or qualification to practice emergency medical services. Users must obtain proper certification through accredited programs recognized by their state or national EMS authority (e.g., NREMT, state EMS office).

Protocol Variations

EMS protocols vary significantly by jurisdiction, medical director, and service level. The protocols presented in EMS-MedSim reference widely accepted national guidelines (AHA, PHTLS, NAEMSP) and are intended for educational illustration. Always follow your local medical director's protocols and standing orders in actual patient care situations.

Drug Dosages and Clinical Information

Drug dosages, treatment algorithms, and clinical information presented in simulations are based on standard references at the time of content creation. Medical knowledge evolves rapidly. Always verify drug dosages and treatment protocols against current authoritative references and your agency's formulary before clinical application.

AI-Generated Content

Some scenarios and educational content within EMS-MedSim may be generated or augmented by artificial intelligence. While every effort is made to ensure clinical accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. All AI-generated content is reviewed for clinical accuracy before publication, but users should apply critical thinking and verify information against authoritative sources.

No CME/CEU Credit

EMS-MedSim does not currently provide Continuing Medical Education (CME) or Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credit. Completion of scenarios does not satisfy continuing education requirements for EMS recertification.

Educational Disclaimer

Global MedOps Command simulation platforms are independently developed educational tools designed to supplement clinical training. Scenario content references publicly available clinical guidelines and competency standards. These platforms are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the American Heart Association (AHA), the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT), the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (CoTCCC), the Joint Trauma System, or the U.S. Department of Defense. Completion of simulations does not confer CME credit, board certification, or professional licensure. These simulations are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for accredited clinical training programs.

Clinical Performance Transcript

GMOC provides a self-reporting Clinical Performance Transcript for NREMT/State recertification folders. This transcript documents every scenario completed, clinical decisions made, and competencies demonstrated on the EMS-MedSim platform. Completion of simulations does not confer CME credit, board certification, or professional licensure. The transcript is intended solely as a self-reporting tool to support your state EMS recertification and NREMT continuing education documentation requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Global MedOps Command and EMS-MedSim shall not be liable for any clinical decisions made based on information obtained from this platform. Users assume full responsibility for the application of any knowledge gained through use of this service in actual patient care settings.
