We collect account information you provide (name, email, credentials) and usage data (simulation sessions, scores, analytics) to operate and improve the platform.
We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information. Data is shared only with the service providers that operate the platform: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments — card numbers are never stored on our servers), Anthropic (AI simulation dialogue), Resend and Kit (email), and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, subject to your cookie choices).
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at support@globalmedopscommand.com; account deletion removes personal data within 30 days.
