Sign in with your existing credentials via OAuth. After login, you will land on your Dashboard where you can browse scenarios, view your performance analytics, and access your Clinical Performance Transcripts. No special software is required — EMS-MedSim runs in any modern web browser.
Select a scenario from the library, read the dispatch information, and begin making clinical decisions. Each decision branches the case. Critical errors are flagged in real time. After completing the scenario, the Virtual FTO (AI Decision Coach) will debrief your performance with evidence-based feedback.
The Virtual FTO challenges your clinical reasoning after each scenario. It asks you to justify your assessment and treatment choices, provides evidence-based feedback, and identifies gaps in your decision-making — similar to how a real FTO or medical director would debrief a call.
Your Dashboard tracks decision accuracy, response times, and skill progression across all scenario categories. Agency plans include a full QA/QI dashboard with squad-level benchmarking and clinical drift alerts.
