This is the unified cancellation and refund policy of Global MedOps Command LLC. It applies to all paid EMS-MedSim subscriptions. Full text below is a summary of the policy page; the page itself governs.
All new subscriptions carry a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Contact support@globalmedopscommand.com within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase for a full refund. The guarantee applies to the first billing period of a new subscription only; annual plans are non-refundable after the 7-day window. Monthly Street Medic plans begin with a 7-day free trial ($0 due at signup).
Cancel any time from Dashboard → Manage Subscription via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until then. No refunds or credits for partial months or unused time after the guarantee window. If you cannot access the portal, email support and we will process the cancellation within 1 business day.
Refund requests outside the window (deployment, medical hardship, duplicate purchase, documented technical failure) are reviewed case by case within 10 business days.
