Strictly necessary — sign-in and session cookies (Clerk) and the first-party record of your cookie choice. The platform cannot function without these, so they are not subject to consent.
Analytics and performance — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, used to understand which pages and scenarios are used and where the platform is slow.
Functional and preference — reserved for preference settings; today it holds only the consent record.
Third-party — Stripe cookies, set by Stripe on checkout pages, plus Meta Pixel and Google advertising tags, which load only after you accept optional cookies.
Your Choices and Legal Basis
Consent is collected through the banner shown on your first visit. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are off for every visitor until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, and you can change that choice later from the "Cookie preferences" control at the bottom of every page. Processing rests on consent under the GDPR for non-essential cookies and on legitimate interest for strictly necessary ones; California residents have opt-out rights under the CCPA/CPRA.
